OIL INJECTION WELLS INTAKE CAPACITY IMPROVEMENT

 

Background

In order to keep the design level of oil production it is necessary to improve the intake capacity of injection wells’, where bottom-hole zone is clogged by oil and solid particles.

Aims and Objectives

To apply the new technology of injection wells’ intake capacity improvement.

Conclusion

There were received the first results of application of new technology of oil injection wells intake capacity improvement, based on instantaneous pressure drop in the wellhead. Pressure drop is composed by depression wave, which reaches the bottom-hole zone, causes the clogging abruption and provides the fluid motion. Repulse causes resonance and fluid with clogging overflow from the well to the surface.
