OIL AND SOLID PARTICLES RATIO IN OIL RESERVOIR PRESSURE

Background

Oil reservoirs operation by water flooding causes bottom-hole zone clogging. As a result oil well intake capacity decreases up to the zero and needs improvement.

Aims and Objectives

To analyze the quality of water discharge on the objects of Bashneft-dobycha OOO and to find out the ratio of oil and solid particles in the reservoir water.

Methods

Experimental studies.

Results

Quality characteristics of discharge water fall correspondently to the viscosity increase. Produced oil viscosity grow prevents oil-water emulsion destruction in the entrance of the device and increases the water content of the oil in the exit of the device.

Conclusion

In the process of high-viscous oil treatment demulsification agent use is not sufficient for necessary discharge water quality. It is necessary to use more effective methods which prevent emulsification in the wells equipped by centrifugal pumps.

 

Key words: solid particles, pipe dehydrator, preliminary water discharge, oil viscosity, quantity of removed oil by discharge water, specific daily loading of the unit discharge of water.
