AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM OF OBJECTS RELIABILITY IN FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX ON THE BASIS OF THE ANALYSIS AND RISKS CONTROL

 

Background

Industrial safety issues become more urgent in the light of the increasing number of environmental technological disasters. Variety of risks posed by energy companies, determines the need for an integrated approach to minimize the possibility of accidents and disasters, as well as the need for the organization of the risk analysis. Risk analysis is a difficult and complex process that involves a number of stages. There is a need to move from risk analysis to automated risk management system through the monitoring of facilities and risks in their operation.

Aims and Objectives

To consider the commonly used reliability assurance systems, usability of risk analysis methodology, and the basis of the transition from risk analysis to risk management at the industrial objects.

Methods

Analytical review of the risk-based approach to industrial safety.

Results

It is shown that up-to-date reliability assurance requires the equipment diagnostics at all stages of the life cycle, moreover, it is necessary to provide the status monitoring and risks control during the operation.

Conclusion

The cost-efficient state of industrial, environmental, energy reliability, technical control and safety requires the development and implementation of automated risk control system in the enterprise.
